FLC resolves to create a supportive environment conducive to the personal and professional growth of its students so that they will ultimately grow up into responsible and civic-minded adults, loyal to their country, concerned for their families, compassionate for those less fortunate than themselves, able to earn their own living and eventually capable of living meaningfully.
FLC sets out to foster among its students the abilities to imagine and create, think logically and reasonably, conceptualize and express themselves precisely in English, remain open-minded, inquisitive and receptive to new ideas from different cultures.
FLC strives to make its students aware that although they do not know everything they are gaining the power to function effectively in both their personal and professional lives, to discover their true selves and to create a new future for themselves and for their motherland.
